Parcours will be supporting the Women’s Elite Development Team, Hutchinson-Brother UK for the 2023 season.
The team, made up of 16 riders, will be riding the Strade, Parcours’ all-round road wheelset and the culmination of their #thinkwider research partnership with Nottingham Trent University.
Parcours race proven wheels will be showcased in the UK National Series, Tour Series and National Crit Series alongside racing on the continent in both UCI and National level racing.
Founded in 2018, Team LDN was set up to support and enable talented London-based cyclists to race at a national and international level, at some of the largest and most important races the UK has to offer. Since the inception of the team it has seen multiple riders make the step up to UCI and World Tour Teams, including Canyon SRAM and DAS-Handsling.
The team’s secondary role is to be an incentive for more women to take up cycling and move into the competitive side of the sport too. Over the last four years the team has created an incredible talent pathway to take female cyclists from club riders to elite racers.
Riders begin in Cycle Club London, move onto the development programme of the LDN Academy before racing at elite level in the UK and Internationally with Hutchinson-Brother UK. This is supported by a community of over 250 women who attend weekly coaching sessions alongside an annual race series to cater for all levels of ability.
