Pauline Ferrand-Prévot becomes On Ambassador

Swiss sportswear brand On will support multi-discipline bike racing legend Pauline Ferrand-Prévot with the best running and training gear on the road to her next sporting highlights.

French mountain biker, road, and cyclo-cross racer Pauline Ferrand-Prévot becomes an On training ambassador.

Ferrand-Prévot competes at the highest level of mountain bike cross-country, cyclocross, and road racing and has held world and national champion titles across various disciplines. Aged 23, she became the first person in the history of cycling to simultaneously hold the World road title, World cyclo-cross title, and World cross-country mountain bike title. In 2022, she added another “first-ever” to her merit list: She was the first-ever cyclist to win four world championship titles in the same year, the XCC short track, XCO cross-country and XCM marathon, and the inaugural Gravel title.

After an eighth place at the road cycling race at the London Olympics in 2016 and a tenth place in mountain biking in Tokyo in 2021, Ferand-Prévot now looks to extend her title streak also to the Olympics – in front of her home audience.

“It is a great honour to support a legend like Pauline with the best possible training gear in the lead-up to her next highlights”, says Flavio Calligaris, Head of Athlete Strategy & Partnership. “Even though we are currently not looking to enter the mountain biking or cycling market with specialized clothing and shoes, we are very happy to provide apparel and shoes for her daily training, for running and gym workouts.”

“I love the sensation of running; you feel so free. And I also love to be in the nature and discover new places. It’s a perfect place to train, to run and clear my head”, Ferrant-Prévot said. “I am super proud to be an On ambassador because I have used the products since the beginning. Now being able to try all the products, it’s next level.”
